To qualify as a BTLS Poker member you must be 18 years of age and agree to our Terms & Conditions. To participate in any of our prize tournaments or qualifiers,. Only one account per person is allowed.

How do I get more Player Chips?

There is an option on your personal Member Account Management page that allows you to “fill-up” your Play Chip account to 1,000. Under your "Account Overview" you will see a "Refresh to 1000" Link located by the 'Total Player Chip detail. Select that link and it will refresh your account to 1000 Player Chips.

How does getting more Player Chips affect my standing in the Daily Chip Winner Leader Board?

The Daily Chip Winner Leader Board is calculated using only pots or prize pools won that contain Player Chips, minus the Player Chips you have wagered. As such, getting more Player Chips (or spending Player Chips as will be allowed in the future) will have no affect on your Daily Chip Win amount.

How do I collect Iggys and what can I do with them?

Iggys can be earned in three ways. The first is by playing in our FUN ring games where you will earn 1 or 2 Iggys per qualified hand played depending on whether the game is short-handed (6 or less) or full (7 or more), respectively.

Iggys may also be collected by participating and placing in our FUN sit & Go tournaments that run continuously.

Finally Iggys can be earned by clicking a Gold Strike banner.

Iggys can be used as buy-in’s to qualifying tournaments.

What is a Gold Strike! ?

In the area of our games where we normally run advertisements, we will occasionally run special “banners” called GoldStrikes. If you click one of these banners, you are an instant winner of Iggys! The amount of Iggys you win typically ranges from 10 to 100. Bear in mind that Goldstrike banners may look like normal advertisements so be sure to look closely at all the ads!

How do I collect Tickets and what can I do with them?

Tickets can be collected by ranking on a Leaderboard or by placing in special tournaments. Tickets can be used to buy in to Tournaments

A Tournament Ticket is good for a certain type of tournament event. Your ticket is good for any of that type of event. For example, if you’ve collected a Silver Tournament Ticket good for our Sunday Silver Single Table Qualifier Tournament, that ticket is good for any Sunday Silver Single Table Qualifier – not just next Sunday’s. Tournament Tickets do expire, however, typically the expiration is several months.

Where can I see my balance of Player Chips, Iggys or Tournament Tickets?

Your personal Member Account Management page will show you all of your balances.

Are any of my Player Chips, Iggys or Tournament Tickets transferable to another player?

No.

At how many tables may I sit at the same time?

We allow you to sit at up to two tables at the same time and accumulate Iggys at each table. Playing at two tables, however, may impede your ability to catch Gold Strikes!

How do I cash out money won at a tournament?

How do I cash out money or prizes won at a tournament?

When you have won a prize with a value of $599 or less, we will automatically send you the prize at the address you used when you signed up. Note that you are not allowed to change your address between the time you won a prize and the time we send the prize so it is important to ensure you keep your address up-to-date.

For prizes with value greater than $599, we are responsible to report these winnings to the Internal Revenue Service. As such we must collect a U.S. Resident's tax identification number. We will contact you via telephone for this information – we will never solicit your tax identification number via email.

When will I receive my winnings?

It typically takes less than two weeks to get winnings delivered to your address. Special circumstances or certain prizes may increase this time.

Are there any cash-out fees?

No.

Is there a limit to how many times I can win?

No.

What if I forget my password?

We can remind you of your password through the "forgot password" link on the sign in form found at the top of every page. The info will be sent to the e-mail address used at registration. This is the only method of retrieving your password.

How do I change my password?

Your password and other account information can be changed from your personal Member Account Management Page.

I can’t sign in.

Make sure you type both your Nickname and Password as you registered them with us. If you are still having trouble, please contact Customer Support.

I didn’t get an activation code

I While we send an activation code immediately after you request one, it may take up to 10 minutes to be delivered. If, after 10 minutesyou did not receive an activation code during your signup or password verification process, you may want to ensure that support.btls@naughtypokerrooms.com is in your address book so that your SPAM filter doesn’t filter out our messages. Then, simply click the “Resend Activation Code” link on your Member Account Management Page and we will re-send it.
